How do I book my room?

RSVP/Deposit Deadline: May 21, 2025 A deposit ($150 per adult) is due with your RSVP. If you choose to purchase (optional) travel insurance, insurance must be paid with your deposit. Final Room Payment Due Date: August 6, 2025 We have a limited number of rooms pre-reserved for our group with the special set rate. Space is not guaranteed after these rooms are filled; the sooner you make your deposit and reserve your room, the better. Early RSVPs help us determine if we need to add more rooms to the room block. Please book with the group! It all began in good ole Lawrence, Kansas in September of 2016. Kappa and Sigma Chi were hosting a bid day party with a cash bar (boo) at The Jazzhaus (fancy). Olivia had just come from a pre-gathering with friends and they had stashed a few beers in her purse for the road. Since beer is best enjoyed cold, Olivia tried her best to pull one out without getting spotted…but she was not sneaky enough as Reed caught the entire exchange from across the room. He says it was love at first sight… He approached Olivia and told her that if she shared an extra purse beer with him, he wouldn’t report her to Jazzhaus security. What a nark! To avoid any run ins with security, Olivia obliged and shared a beer from her purse with Reed. They began dating a few months later in November 2016 and have been together ever since.
